Live Group Gatherings: on Zoom

Twice a month, we gather together online as a community for specific live teachings, demonstrations with Gina and Tosha (married couple who have focused on healing and co evolution in their relationship for 17 years), practice, and discussion. We'll explore a different aspect of the practice of Extraordinary Relationships each month, using our real-life situations as our learning material. Recordings of all gatherings will be provided in the event someone is unable to attend

Partnership Practices

Twice a month, each of us meets 1-on-1 with another participant to do a practice based on the month's topic. These Practices offer a unique opportunity to practice Soul Focusing and Nonviolent Communication in a safe, interpersonal "testing ground". Full, step-by-step guidance for every practice is provided.

Solo Practices
-
Each week, we send out a practice for you to do in your daily life to deepen your lived experience of what it means to you to live extraordinary relationships. These Solo Practices are short, doable, and impactful, to help you keep your practice alive, even in the midst of a busy schedule.
Private Online Forum
With full access to our private online forum, you can share, ask questions, and engage discussions with Gina, Tosha and other participants anytime. All Live Group recordings, Partnerhsip Practices, and Solo Practices will also be available here for you to access whenever you want
First class; September, 2025: Opening to Life– Embodying Self in Presence and Aligning with Intention

In the first month, we'll set our intentions, explore different aspects of our self in Presence and our different aspects (inner parts) and create a foundation in grounded whole-body presence We'll explore:

October 2025: Opening to the the territory of our Inner Resources, Qualities of Being,

This month, we'll support one another to tune into the wisdom of our bodies, and be nourished, not drained, by connecting with our inner resources in ourselves and others.

Become free from limiting ideas and beliefs that are keeping you living in a space that has become too small for you.

Experience our inner resources in our bodies and minds (which we also call our Qualities of Being) as a gateway to deeper presence and fulfilling relationships with others

Practicing how to listen (be with) open hearted compassion, to self and others. The art of being with.

November 2025: Deepening Self in Presence, (an attitude of tender caring and opening to more awareness)

During this time we will bring somatic based body awarness and different ways of releasing limitations, long held back emotions, leaning into truly living the difference blaming, shaming and guilt based living, and how holding the bigger picture of our lives and what emerges in our lives, in a larger container of truth, integrity and awe.

Stay present and connected to your body in the face of stress, joy, surprise, open to the whole range of emotions, from presence.

Linking our habits of pride, insecurity, doubt, lack of awareness, envy, anger, clinging and demanding things of others to our wounds and how this limits our ability to embody our ideals.

Expanding our awareness of how our behaviors, habits and assumptions co create our reality

Moving into deep honesty of not knowing attitude, taking healthy responsibility in our relationships, and touching vulnerability without sinking into it
February, March and April 2026: Inspiration and Practices for cultivating openhearted compassion; a capacity of rejoicing and cleanly grieving, stretching into being more brave and authentic, and integrating lovingkindness as a way of life, with our friends and loved ones.
